then it was time to save for some wheels, which eventually led to this

eventually picked up tires, got them mounted and threw them on with two weeks to spare before summer was over!!
Resulted in this, i was not very satisfied with the fitment but it was almost time for to go back to school and  free time was limited

Picked up a rocket bunny BRZ V2 splitter which i planned to eventually tie into with some canards, but unfortunately a block of ice fell off a truck on my way to school, hit the splitter and exploded most of it. el oh el
one of 5 pics i took before it became shrapnel, it lasted about 9 hours

Threw on 15MM PBM spacers on the front and knew i wanted/needed more camber

worked on the car all easter weekend(2015):
slotted upper hole for more camber

removed rear lower locking ring and threw on 5MM's

got everything back together, took the car for a test drive and decided i needed to clearance the frame rails in the front and slightly pull the rear

finished the driver side, lowered car torqued 4 lugs, hit the fifth and bam!

so flew home a few weekends ago and drove her back up here. 11 hour trip and she performed flawlessly! left at around 10am and pulled in around 830ish. I think i was cruising woodward by 10 that night , where i met rich and marcus, which actually led me to this site!!

raised the front an inch so i could soften up the damping for the long ride, current front

hit up car and drivers cars and coffee which was a blast and i have great pictures of all the awesome Japanese cars that were present

Any problems with the current NA engine? Thinking of selling it?

no problems with it, 99K miles and runs flawlessly. and yes it will be for sale in a month or so along with the rest of the S5 drivetrain. a local sale would also be preferred  :)

How's the project? Curious with how this is going, I found this on the Rx7club forums, You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login I'm not sure if it would help, but it looks like the 2JZ swap is more common with FDs, so I can't wait to see one in an FC! Sometime different, I like different. Also, I'd be interested in buying that fan shroud off you if you decide to sell that.

yea ive only seen a handful of 2jz FCs, 1JZ is alot more popular. at the moment im just trying to enjoy the car for a few more weeks until i pull the rotary. right now im collecting parts, and just got in all my carbon and fiberglass materials so now im playing with some canards on the BN kit. PS, fan shroud is yours!
